The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 3 days by giving an acceptable reason which is acceptable and confirmed by us.
The deadline for canceling an Order is 3 days from the date on which You
received.
In order to exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your
decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by

Conditions for Returns:
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The Goods are not in the original packaging
The supply of Goods is sometimes imported as Your required size or color or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be
returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health
protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature,
inseparably mixed with other items.
If you cut the level or use that product then not possible to return it,
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet
the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Your Pre Order Goods not possible to return because we have imported those goods only for your requirements,
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on campaign or discounted cannot
be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by
applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods. You
should send the Goods to the company address.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable
to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received
return delivery.
HOW AND WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order and it takes 7 to 10 working days to refund as per Digital Policy 2021.
Delivery & return Courier Charges will be deducted from your payment.
WHAT DO I DO IN CASE I WAS TO CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE THE SHIPMENT REACHES ME?
Please call to our support number with transaction details along with the reason for cancellation.
We will initiate the refund process once we receive your cancellation request.
The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order.
Please note that applicable delivery charges (If applicable) would be deducted.
